Banner Health - Physicians excellent, nurses/medical assistants not responsive
My doctor, Corinn Sadler, put me on Prolia injectable every six months due to severe osteoporosis and several broken bones. Dr.
Sadler sent a prescription to Aetna Specialty Pharmacy in late April 17 to get the shot in May. Aetna Specialty Pharmacy sent Dr. Sadler's office a message asking for justification for this medication. This message was not answered, justification not submitted.
I informed Dr Sadler's staff and requested Dr Sadler send justification. Nothing happened for 3 days. I again contacted Dr. Sadler's office , was told she'd call, and her medical assistant would contact me.
To date, no one has. Another follow up call brought no result. I am tired of the voicemails of the MA's, who fail to get back wirth me.
The Banner physicians are excellent, but their MA's are a very non-responsive group of people, that does not just apply to Dr. Sadler's office.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
